Living in a beautiful place like Fairlight, it is hardly surprising
that some of our members occasionally come over all poetic, and it was
for the benefit of those who have poetry in their souls that, in 2009,
the Poetry Group was formed.
The Group meets every quarter and
members are invited to bring along a poem or three, either self-penned
or just a personal favourite, to share with the rest of the group.
In
this section of our website, we are pleased to share a selection of
original work by our members. We hope that you will enjoy reading them, and ask that
you respect the rights of the individual authors by observing the
copyright conditions as stated.
